2nd Edition 2024

The second edition of the Business Ethics Summit was held in the impressive setting of the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, Casina Pio IV, located in Vatican City. The event has been organized by Core, with the academic partnership of Boston College and the support of Lumsa Human Academy. The summit brought together a delegation of over 65 international leaders to discuss and explore the new European Union Artificial Intelligence Act and its implications for businesses while maintaining the centrality of the human being. 2024 is the year of the approval of the world's first regulatory system on AI that, following the experience of privacy regulation, sees the European Union in a leading position. In this context, every stakeholder must responsibly consider the impact on its industry. The event was organized with the valuable support of Axpo Group, Banca Ifis, Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, the technical partner Jaguar Land Rover Italia and the patronage of American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.
